Roman Kemp has shared his horror after his iconic parents were the latest celebrities to be unmasked on Saturday night’s episode of The Masked Singer UK.
The Capital FM Breakfast Show host had been tuning into the show with his family, including sister Harleymoon Kemp when Cat and Mouse became the latest celebrities to be given the boot.
Despite being the first duo to take part in the show, they lost out to Knitting, with many speculating that the star behind the bright costume is none other than Steps icon, Claire Richards.

But Roman, 29, was left far from impressed when Martin Kemp and his wife Shirlie were unmasked on the programme.
Taking to his various social media pages, the Los Angeles-born star shared a video of himself while watching his parents remove their spectacular masks.
In view of his 1.4 million Instagram followers, the former I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star was seen asking: “Can someone please tell me what is going on?” before the clip showed host Joel Dommett stunned as his parents removed their masks.
Captioning his upload, Roman penned: “ARE YOU JOKING THO @shirliekemp @martinjkemp.”
Later on, the star who found fame on YouTube took to his Twitter page, sharing a string of tweets as he was left completely stunned by the revelation.
“I JUST SHOUTED THE PHRASE ‘TAKE IT OFF’ TO MY PARENTS I CANT UNDO THAT #MaskedSingerUK,” he said before another tweet read: “Are you f**king joking #MaskedSingerUK, fair play @shirliekemp @realmartinkemp.”
Roman later shared a meme, showing a picture of his mum beaming with joy on the show alongside the caption: “My mum: I have no interest in being famous anymore. Also my mum.”
The star later shared a video filmed by former EastEnders actor Martin as he yelled: “Shut the f**k up, I knew it, you’re a liar, look at you both over there, you are such a liar,” as his mum struggled to contain her laughter.
When asked by judge Mo Gilligan if Roman and his sister were aware they were taking part, former Wham singer Shirlie said: “No this is going to embarrass him, most people say they are doing it for their kids,” before Martin joked that they had signed up to embarrass Roman and Harleymoon.
Shirlie later tweeted: “And to think, our kids thought we were on a romantic getaway… #MaskedSingerUK.”
The Masked Singer airs Saturdays at 7pm on ITV1 & ITVX
