Coronation Street, Emmerdale, EastEnders and Hollyoaks continue to bring the drama as usual next week.
While some characters may not make it much further into 2023, it looks like there is plenty of heartbreak in store for our favourite charatcers in upcoming scenes.
Hollyoaks will be introduced to two stunning arrivals in the shape of influencer Rayne (Jemma Donovan) and wannabe lawyer Lacey (Annabelle Davis)

There’s also a double death teased in Coronation Street, EastEnders teen pregnancy heartbreak and a affair nearly exposed in Emmerdale.
Coronation Street
Weatherfield killer Stephen Reid strikes again as he murders Teddy Thompkins as he worked out the truth about his son Leo Thompkins’ death.
Also, Paul Foreman (Peter Ash) brutally attacks Mike Hargrave, leaving him for dead.
Meanwhile, Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) is left fuming as Jacob Hay (Jack James Ryan) fails to turn up to work as he leaves the cobbles.
EastEnders
A desperate Martin Fowler (James Bye) begs Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) to support him in talking young Lily Slater (Lillia Turner) into having an abortion, but she refuses.
Zack Hudson (James Farrar) accidentally waits to find out the results of his unborn baby’s results as he struggles to come to terms with his HIV bombshell.
Meanwhile, a guilty Denise Fox (Diane Parish) is determined to close down whatever is going on with Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) and her daughter Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams) after their secret kiss.
Emmerdale
Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) becomes suspicious next week as she overhears a conversation between Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) and Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb).
Also, Kim Tate (Claire King) is impressed by Gabby Thomas’ (Rosie Bentham) pitch about expanding the business into schools and expects her to deliver on it.
A gutted Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) feels totally isolated from his once-extended Dingle family as he sits listening to them having fun at a party.
Hollyoaks
Grace Black (Tamara Wall) is caught out next week as Norma Crow (Glynis Barber) learns about the sick lie to stop her becoming a donor for Warren Fox (Jamie Lomas).
Elsewhere in the village, there’s heartbreak for Shaq Qureshi (Omar Malik) as he realises that his late girlfriend Verity Hutchinson booked him tickets to Paris as they arrive in the post.
Jemma Donovan and Annabelle Davis join the cast as Rayne and Lacey and the move in with some familiar faces.
