Dancing On Ice's Patsy Palmer floors fans as she slips into teeny Spice Girls dress

Dancing On Ice’s Patsy Palmer left Bianca Jackson firmly in the past as she transformed into Ginger Spice in an epic performance for the ITV1 competition on Sunday night.

Dancing to Spice Up Your Life by the Spice Girls, the actress-turned-DJ took to the ice in a dreary overcoat while holding a mop.

Mopping the ice with her professional skating partner Matt Evers, Patsy soon left viewers with their jaws on the floor.

Before the show kicked off on ITV1, Olympic gymnast Nile Wilson took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse at the celeb’s outfits for the night – which is when fans first saw Patsy’s look.

Showing off her toned legs and slender physique when she burst onto the ice during the show, the flame-haired beauty looked incredible as she skated around the rink.

Fans were quick to take to Twitter to swoon over the former EastEnders star’s outfit.

One person said: “Giving Patsy a vote for that Girl Power! Fab outfit.”

“Patsy looks fab in the Union Jack dress,” added another.

While a third said: “Patsy looked phenomenal tonight!”

Scoring a total of 26.5 after their performance, Ashley and Jayne both scored 6.5, while Oti gave a 7 and Chris also scored them 6.5.

This week the judge’s challenge was back, which saw the celebrities tasked with mastering a solo spin on one foot with a minimum of three revolutions.

When Patsy performed with Matt they took on the tricky challenge, with Patsy doing her best.

The judges explained that had she not have missed some of the steps from the challenge, their scores would have been slightly higher.

But what will viewers at home think of Patsy’s performance? And has she done enough to make it through to next week’s show?

Dancing On Ice continues next Sunday at 6:25pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
