Danny Dyer has admitted he lied on his CV when claiming he was a trapeze artist who could juggle and “ride a horse”.
The beloved soap star left EastEnders as hard-man Mick Carter last Christmas, but he’s a busy man already as he is starring in new upcoming Channel 5 drama Heat.
He’s also fronted a new Netflix quiz show called Cheat alongside comedian and Strictly star Ellie Taylor, which drops on the platform on March 1.

But Danny has confessed he cheekily claimed he had an array of impressive skills which he doesn’t actually have, including being able to ride a horse and speak 10 languages.
Appearing on Tuesday’s (February 28) The One Show, host Jermaine Jenas asked him: “Was you a good blagger in your time? I heard you blagged a little bit on a CV back in the day.”
Danny replied: “Yeah, on my CV I can ride a horse, I’m a trapeze artist, I can juggle,” which prompted laughs from Ellie and host Alex Jones.
He then confirmed he was a “proper juggler and all” before adding: “I can do 10 accents.”
Danny burst out laughing as he admitted: “Which I can’t do. I can just about speak good England.”
Jermaine offered: “It got you the job!” as Danny said: “You’ve got to do a little bit of blagging in life. Some would say I’ve blagged a whole career, which is an art in itself, in a way.”
Danny also said he didn’t really know what his role was on his new Netflix game show with Ellie, with Alex joking that he was just “faffing around”.
