Former Tracy Beaker child star unrecognisable as she announces first pregnancy

Tracy Beaker alum Chelsie Padley has revealed she’s pregnant with her first baby.

Chelsie was just 10 years old when she played the character of Louise Goven on The Story Of Tracy Beaker when it first aired back in 2002.

Fast forward to now, and the 31-year-old looks worlds away from the sweet girl we were introduced to at the Dumping Ground over 20 years ago.

The start of the video opened with Chelsie beaming for the camera, before panning the camera onto a positive pregnancy test.

In another scene, the Tracy Beaker favourite revealed the news to her parents and they were overjoyed to hear the news.

Plenty of her followers flooded the comments section to send their congratulations – including a Tracy Beaker co-star.

The Story of Tracy Beaker was a series adapted from the book of the same name by Jacqueline Wilson.

It ran on CBBC for five years, until it aired its final episode in 2005, though a number of spin-offs have since aired.

In the programme, she was close friends with Tracy but soon got swept up with her arch nemesis Justine – leaving her OG pal feeling pushed out.
