Simon Cowell unrecognisable as he joins wife Lauren Silverman after charity ball

Simon Cowell has undergone his fair share of transformations over the past couple of years.

As he attended The Together For Short Lives Ball in London with his wife Lauren Silverman, the controversial TV judge rocked his usual attire of an open-collar white shirt with a black blazer.

The judge donned his usual slender frame as he flashed a smile at the cameras with his slightly grey beard framing the bottom of his face.

The star appeared a tad bleary eyed as he looked out the window and drove off wife wife Lauren firmly by his side.

Meanwhile, Lauren was rocking a little more casual attire than her husband.

Although she wore a black off-the-shoulder dress underneath her now-comfort outfit, she was snapped in the back of the car home in a grey sweatshirt paired with a grey cap.

She also flashed a smile at the cameras – and looked very glamorous in the process as her makeup glowed in the light while her curls fell far past her shoulders.

Simon and Lauren attended the ball along with many other celebrities who all attempt to raise money for the charity which helps families care for a seriously ill child and “make the most of every moment”.

Their time at the ball comes in the midst of the Britain’s Got Talent auditions which sees Simon back with his fellow judges at different places in the country.

Simon has been busy working on his show in recent weeks, with last minute changes – including a shakeup in the judging panel as Bruno Toniolo replaced David Walliams – taking up a lot of his time.

As BGT prepares to wrap up on another season, it’s not the only thing set to keep Simon busy this year, with rumours of a return for The X Factor continuing to swirl.

Fans first heard of its return last year with reported plans to move to Channel 5 in 2023.

However, Simon is yet to confirm if the famous singing talent show will be returning to TV screens soon – or who could be on the panel.
