Dancing on Ice’s Siva Kaneswaran fought back tears after his emotional semi-final performance to which was a touching tribute to Tom Parker.
During Sunday’s visit (March 5) to the ITV studios, fans watched the five remaining celebrities battle it out for a place in the grand finale next weekend.
This week the remaining contestants and their pro partners took to the ice twice, once for a solo performance and then once more with their partners under the watchful eyes of judges Oti Mabuse, Ashley Banjo, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.

And it’s fair to say there wasn’t a dry eye in the room after the singer and his professional dance partner Klabera Komini took to the ice to perform to his band’s chart-topping single Gold Forever in a in memory of his late bandmate.
As the skating duo made their way over to the results room, the room erupted into applause with his fellow contestants cheering on from the side lines.
And it’s clear to see that the judges were impressed with his eye-watering routine after he received an impressive score of 36 out of 40 – his highest to date.
Speaking of his bandmate Tom, the singer said he wanted viewers to “get to know the real Tom” in a tearful speech.
He confessed that his partner was “holding him up” as he spoke about how wonderful he was and how grateful he was to perform his song in front of his children.
As he listened to the constructive criticisms and positive feedback from the judges, Siva couldn’t help but shed a tear in his close friend’s memory.
Watching on from the live studio audience was Tom’s wife Kelsey Parker who blew kisses to him after his stellar routine.

She told Holly: “I don’t know how he did it. He did amazing and do you know what? Tom would be so proud of him, were all so proud of him.”
But in an epic dance off, Siva and his dance partner Klabera failed to make it through to the nail-biting grand final alongside Coronation Street star Molly Gallagher.
