I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Iain Lee has been left heartbroken over the death of his beloved cat.
The 49-year-old comedian and television presenter took to Twitter on Sunday afternoon (March 5) to share the sad news of his “little boy cat” George.
Iain, who appeared on the 2017 series of the ITV jungle show, spoke of how he felt “inconsolable” after finding his pet.

“Just found my beautiful little boy cat George dead,” he penned in his short message.
He added: “I’m inconsolable and don’t know what to say to my boys. We are just sat here on pieces. My baby boy.”
Iain then went on to share a sweet snap of him cuddled up to George, with the pair looking cosy and content.
“He was a baby. Just over 3 years old,” he later penned under the adorable photo.
Fans and friends flocked to support the star, with many sending their love and condolences.
“Oh Iain, so sad to read this. Know that for the time you had George you gave him the very best. Thoughts with you & your boys. Hold tight to all the happy memories, which in time will ease your heavy hearts,” wrote one fan.
While another said: “I am so very sorry. We love them as much as any person.”
And a third penned: “Oh Iain. So sorry to read this about Gorgeous George. I know how heartbreaking it is. Just know that you gave him the best, happiest, love-filled, laziest, craziest life.”
Aside from his stint in the Australian jungle for I’m A Celeb, Iain is best-known for his career in comedy and radio.
But just last month, Iain announced his retirement from radio in order to focus more on his work as a counsellor, with him hosting his final Jack FM show on February 8.
