Netflix fans having 'heart attacks’ while watching terrifying new horror flick Fall

Netflix fans have been left ‘sick to their stomachs’ after watching a terrifying new thriller flick.

The movie, Fall, centres around best pals Becky and Hunter (played by Grace Carolina Currey and Virginia Gardner, respectively), who climb to the top of a 2,000 foot radio tower to scatter the ashes of Becky’s husband Dan.

Dan died in a climbing accident – which begs the question, why do Becky and Hunter decide to follow in his footsteps?

But when the ladder they used to climb up the huge tower breaks, the women find themselves stuck 610 metres in the air with no way to get down.

Things get even worse when the bag carrying their supplies, including food and water, falls out of their reach, resulting in a desperate scrabble to retrieve it.

There’s one particularly terrifying scene where one of the women has to shuffle up the final few metres of the tower, fireman style – which had fans’ palms sweating.

Fans have been left terrified by the 2022 flick, which recently made it onto the streaming service.

Taking to Twitter to share their thoughts, one explained: “Never felt as anxious watching a film as I do watching Fall on Netflix. I’m going to have nightmares.”

As another followed up: “Has anyone else watched Fall on Netflix? Two girls climbing a fucking great radio tower? I’m 20 minutes in and had at least 400 heart attacks already!!!”

“Fall on Netflix is absolutely brilliant. But if you suffer from anxiety, it’s f***ing awful. I feel sick,” someone else moaned.

A fourth fan echoed: “So, those of you who suggested or spoke about Fall on Netflix… yeh I’m blaming you for my high blood pressure.”

Even the official Netflix account was forced to issue a warning over the thriller flick, writing: “Almost every single shot from Fall (2022) – a film about two women who get stranded after climbing to the top of a 2000ft radio tower – will make you feel a bit wobbly.”

Not to spook you even more, but the film also features a pretty terrifying twist – but we’ll leave you to anticipate that one on your own.

Fall is now streaming on Netflix.
