Gwyneth Paltrow has been branded “insufferable” by fans as she shared a series of ‘out of touch’ wellness hacks.
The 50-year-old appeared on The Art of Being Well podcast – all while hooked up to an intravenous drip – to discuss her fitness routine, what she eats in a day and how she stays healthy.
But fans weren’t impressed by her bougie hacks.

The Oscar-winning actress went make-up free as she chatted to podcast host Dr Will Cole, who asked what her routine looks like in a day.
And Gwyneth was ‘caught out’ with an IV in her arm, which she branded “embarrassing”.
She noted: “I’m really embarrassing myself right here. I love an IV, I’m an early IV adopter.”
Gwyneth said Gluthathione and Phosphatidylcholine are two of her favourite intravenous fluids, which she admitted are “hard to find” but make her “feel so good”.
During the podcast, the Goop founder explained she was using a “good old fashioned bag of vitamins”.
The star’s eating habits also raised eyebrows with fans, as she confessed she eats dinner early in the evenings and doesn’t touch food until noon the next day.
She explained: “I eat dinner early in the evening, I do a nice intermittent fast. I usually eat something about 12, and in the morning I’ll have some things that won’t spike my blood sugar, so I have coffee.
“Then for dinner I try to eat, you know, according to paleo. So lots of vegetables. It’s really important for me to support my detox.”
She added: “I love soup… I have bone broth for a lot of the days. I try to do one hour of movement, so I’ll go for a walk or I’ll do pilates or I’ll do my Tracy Anderson [workouts].
“Then I get in the sauna, I do my infrared sauna for 30 minutes.”

Fans were quick to brand Gwyneth “insufferable” and “unrelatable” for her expensive wellness hacks, with one commenter writing: “She’s too rich to swallow vitamins whole.”
Another giggled: “This literally sounds like a colonoscopy prep.”
While someone else said: “Tell me you’re unrelatable without telling me you’re unrelatable.”
“Silly me, eating the food and drinking the drinks,” another social media user added.
While a fifth said: “Attached to an IV, but completely detached from real people.”
