Justin Bieber has offered a health update to worried fans after confirming his Ramsay Hunt Syndrome diagnosis.
The Despacito singer has been experiencing paralysis in half his face after contracting a virus, which saw his facial nerves attacked.
The rare neurological disorder is characterised by a rash around the ear, face or mouth, along with paralysis of the facial nerve. If the nerve is relatively undamaged, a patient can recover with steroid and antiviral treatment within a few weeks.

However, if damage is particularly severe, symptoms could last a lifetime.
His health woes forced him to cancel the remaining dates of his Justice world tour, including shows in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and France.
Now Justin has reached out to reassure fans that his recovery is going well – and praised his religion for helping him through.
The 29-year-old said he had “full paralysis” on one side of his face – but has now been completing facial exercises to help him regain movement.
He initially explained: “As you can see, this eye is not blinking. I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move. So there’s full paralysis in this side of my face.”
The Baby hitmaker said he was “physically not capable” of carrying out gigs in his current state.
In a recent Instagram Story, Justin wrote: “Wait for it…” before cracking a smile from ear-to-ear showing the range of movement he’s managed to achieve in his face.
