Hollywood actor unrecognisable after dramatic transformation on TV chat show

Breaking Bad legend Bryan Cranston looked totally unrecognisable after undergoing a very drastic transformation for a late night TV appearance.

The Walter White actor, 67, appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon at the helm earlier this week.

Starring on the late night American talk show, Bryan chatted about various things – including how a pair of tighty-whitey underpants from Breaking Bad recently sold for a staggering amount – before transforming into a completely different person.

During his appearance on The Tonight Show, the Walt actor could be seen dancing and DJing – all while in disguise.

Wearing sunglasses, a blond wig, fake chest hair and a pink jacket for the hilarious skit as he and Jimmy danced around the studio.

The funny dance segment, where the actor looked worlds away from his usual self, was inspired by a German Soap Opera.

Other than his dressing up stint, while appearing on the show, it was revealed that a pair of Walter White’s tighty-whitey pants from Breaking Bad recently sold for $32,500 (£26,700).

Bryan is best-known for portraying drug lord Walter White

In the series, Walt is known for donning extremely tight boxers, with him often running around in only his pants in the series.

Quickly clearing up that the pants that sold at auction were not worn, and were actually just for decoration, Bryan made a hilarious quip.

The Walt actor quipped: “The ones that are soiled go for much higher.”

Bryan shot to fame when he portrayed Hal in Malcolm in the Middle, but catapulted to global stardom after his success with portraying Walter in Breaking Bad.

Starring alongside Aaron Paul, who plays his accomplice Jesse Pinkman, Breaking Bad ran from 2008 until 2013.

But that wasn’t it for the franchise, because since the series ended, Bryan has reprised his character of Walt for the spin-off series Better Call Saul, and the spin-off feature film El Camino – as well as various adverts in the US.

Bryan has remained close pals with co-star Aaron, with the pair even founding a mescal brand together.
