Playboy covergirl Kourtney Reppert was left homeless when a catastrophic fire raged through her home – but a spooky intuition saved the lives of her and her young son.
The glamour model was living in California when the 2018 Woolsey fire raged through her neighbourhood, almost completely destroying her home and everything in it.
The fire in November 2018 burned through nearly 100,000 acres of land, destroyed 1,643 structures and killed three people. It also meant nearly 300,000 people had to be evacuated from their homes.

One of those homes belonged to Kourtney, who was supposed to be out of the state when the fire started.
She had been invited to a seminar in New York City run by business strategist Tony Robbins, who was impressed by her non-profit, The Kourtney Reppert Foundation.
But just days before she was scheduled to fly out, Kourtney began having nightmares.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star, the cover model confessed: “Following my guide and my intuition, I was having really really bad dreams a couple nights before I was supposed to fly to New York.
“I had to talk to Tony’s assistant. I said, ‘Listen, I’m not going to be able to make it – do you have any other seminars?’ and they said there’d be one in Los Angeles in March.”
Kourtney added: “That night that I didn’t go, the California Woolsey fires rolled through my house and my community. I had to mandatory evacuate with my son, and the next day I was homeless.
“I was the only one who had an ember fall on their roof, and it caused so much damage. My house didn’t completely burn down, but with all the water damage and smoke damage it was literally embedded in everything of mine. I had to throw everything away and I couldn’t live in my home.”
In a horrific turn of events, Kourtney was forced to live in a hotel, while those around her also lost everything.
She explained: “My babysitter lost everything, her Mercedes got burnt, she had nothing. She was in a more intense situation because at least I was able to evacuate with my vehicle.
“For five days after the fire, no-one could return. There was no electric, so everything in the fridge was spoiled – the smell was horrendous. Everything was just burnt to a crisp. It was very traumatic.”

Kourtney ended up able to get an apartment and started her life over again – and was left warmed when the community around her stepped up to help.
She said: “I had people in the community donate clothes in my son’s side, coming over to bring me food. It was honestly awesome. It wasn’t just me, but a whole bunch of other people.
“In reality with what I do [as a Playboy model], people probably assume I’m rich or my life is easy. I felt like that for the longest time. But when people stepped up to help me and my son, it helped me realise that this is where people’s hearts are at.”
And for Kourtney, it was a reminder to always trust her gut.
She said: “It was that moment I realised I am so much more connected with my feelings and my thoughts. I need to follow whatever it is I’m seeing before it even happens.
“I look back and think, ‘If I had been on that plane to the seminar, I would have had an emergency back home with no-one to help my son’.”
