Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson is officially married, thanks to a lavish wedding with her fiancée Casey Johnson.
The pair met while filming MTV’s reality TV show Single AF in 2017 and since then went on to become engaged and have two kids, Rox and Oax.
Casey proposed to Marnie in a sweet gesture back in 2020 but the duo were forced to postpone their nuptials due to their busy life as new parents, with Marnie admitting to finding motherhood “a struggle.”

Now, having settled into their stunning £1.5m mansion in Bedfordshire and with their youngest, Oax, due to turn one in May, Marnie and Casey finally found the time to tie the knot.
Speaking exclusively to OK! magazine, Marnie boatsed about her new relationship status: “We’ve finally tied the knot – we’re over the moon!”
Despite the scale of the event, sources close to the couple say Marnie was “definitely not a bridezilla.”
Cousin and fellow Geordie Shore housemate Sophie Kasaei and close pal and new mum Charlotte Crosby were among those invited to Marnie and Casey’s big day.
The source told OK! that Marnie was feeling “relaxed” about the ceremony and while initially wanting to have an intimate event, the pair started to plan things on a bigger scale.
“Before she knew it, 80 people had said they were coming,” the insider said. “She had wanted it to be smaller, but now she knows it’ll be lovely having everyone there to celebrate the day.”
Marnie’s wedding come after she opened up about a string of health issues following her pregnancy with first child Rox in 2019, when she was diagnosed with chronic urinary tract infection.
On her Instagram she also opened up about her weight gain after suffering with polycystic ovary syndrome.
She wrote: “With being a mum, all these health problems, I got really down tbh. “I gained A LOT of weight with comfort eating and the PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and thought that was it. I was always going to feel a bit [poo emoji],
“But I’m feeling myself again after losing 2 and 1/2 Stone and getting back into exercise and eating better. Not even better – just better portion control.”
