Two A Place In The Sun stars have confirmed the future of the hit Channel 4 show after it disappeared from TV schedules.
The iconic property programme has been on TV screens for the past 23 years – and has since built up a loyal legion of fans.
But the show hasn’t been found in the schedules for the last number of weeks – leaving its audience fuming.

A Place In The Sun regulars Laura Hamilton and Jasmine Harman have since set the record straight about the future of the show.
Taking to her Instagram on Wednesday (March 22) the 40-year-old star posed up a sitting near the sea while oozing style and confidence.
In the caption she said: “Lots of people have been asking me when @aplaceinthesunofficial be back on screen…
“It’s coming… we are filming lots more episodes AND something new and exciting is coming too…”
She then revealed that new episodes will begin from May 1st.
Meanwhile on Thursday (March 23) Laura’s co-star Jasmine also addressed the show’s future.
In a stunning snap, Jasmine can be seen beaming to the camera while sitting on a sandy beach.
Echoing Laura’s thoughts, the property expert told her XXX followers: “I know so many of you are missing your favourite daytime TV show on Channel 4, but don’t panic.
“It hasn’t been “cancelled” or “dropped” as some are suggesting. Far from it, we are literally filming loads of new episodes right now!”
Jasmine continued: “It will be back on air from 3rd April, and brand new episodes starting on 1st May! Thanks for all the love!”
In the meantime A Place in the Sun has been replaced by The Tool Club.
Channel 4 was forced to release a statement addressing rumours A Place In The Sun had been axed.
They said: “The most recent series of A Place In The Sun has finished but viewers can enjoy a brilliant new show, Tool Club. A Place In The Sun will return to screens in April or can be enjoyed on 4seven every day before then.”
