Married At First Sight Australia ‘s love experts were left feeling disgusted as they found out that groom Shannon Adams had told his new wife Caitlin McConville that she was “unattractive” to him.
Caitlin told her fellow brides that Shannon had told her that she didn’t “wow” him as she walked down the aisle, and that he told her that if she was “more attractive” he wouldn’t feel inclined to go back to his ex.
In a previous episode, Shannon had revealed that he still loved his ex but wanted to try and work through things with Caitlin.

In a shock twist, brides Lyndall Grace and Claire Nomarhas had spotted Shannon with another woman and his child and he reportedly told them to “Shhh.”
As the experts listened in, Mel Schilling immediately said that she was disgusted and Adam Seed echoed her feelings, saying he was “disappointed” after Shannon had claimed he wanted to improve his relationship with Caitlin.
At a dinner party with the entire cast, Claire and Lyndall confronted Shannon to find out who the mystery woman was. Shannon quickly told the girls that it was actually his cousins that he was spotted with.

“I don’t believe Shannon.. why would he sshhh the girls if it was his cousin & Caitlin knew,” one wrote.
“Lyndall pretending to be pleased that Shannon was with his cousin. I bet she’s absolutely gutted,” a second put.
A third added: “I don’t believe Shannon, meeting his cousin…. Oh really.”
“Of cause you caught up with your cousins on the weekend,” a fourth put.
