Harry Styles branded Emily Ratajkowski his celeb crush 8 years before public snog

Over the weekend Harry Styles was spotted sharing a passionate kiss with model Emily Ratajkowski, sparking rumours of a romance between the two stars.

However, it seems that this could’ve been on the cards for quite some time as eight years ago Harry branded Emily as his “celeb crush”.

In a video interview with Telehit in December 2014 the former One Direction star was asked by an interviewer if he had a “celebrity crush”.

“Emily Ratajkowski,” he replied, while accidentally mispronouncing her last name.

Harry is currently performing in Japan as part of his Love On Tour worldwide concerts.

In the video of the kiss, Harry could be seen looking dapper in a black suit and white shirt unbuttoned at the collar while chatting to Emily, who looked radiant wearing a pink and black jacket, paired with a black and white crop top and skirt.

The two stars were standing in the rain as they shared a series of passionate kisses in the street, before dancing with one another while surrounded by people.

However, neither Harry nor Emily confirmed that they are in a relationship with one another.

There has been speculation regarding Harry’s private life in recent weeks, with a source telling The Mirror that the singer was “seeing someone” but wanted to keep her identity away from the public eye.

A source told the Mirror: “Harry is seeing someone. He’s going to great lengths to keep her identity quiet after the circus surrounding his relationship with Olivia.

“But his close circles all know about the romance. Though it’s early days, things seem to be going well.”

The video comes just months after Harry split from Don’t Worry Darling director Olivia Wilde, after the pair went their separate ways in November 2022 following nearly two years of dating.

Multiple sources told People Magazine at the time that the couple were “taking a break”, but said they remained “very close friends”.
