One iconic My 600lb Life star looks totally unrecognisable after successfully shifting the pounds.
Lindsey Witte weighed 640lbs when she appeared on the TLC reality show alongside her husband Paul, and went viral when Paul threw sweets at her, screaming at her to: “Eat death!”
Viewers saw Paul break down on the show, explaining that if he didn’t start saying ‘no’ to his wife, he’d soon be “saying yes to the funeral director”.

In one dramatic scene, Lindsey could be seen begging for snacks as she lay in bed, with Paul coming in to confront her. He chucked the requested snacks at his wife, and yelled: “Hey, how’s this? There you go.

“Eat your f***ing snacks because all of this is considered death and you’re killing yourself!
“I’m not sticking around for it. Eat death, Lindsey.”
Lindsey could be seen sobbing in emotional scenes – but now the star has dropped 350lbs and completely turned her life around with the help of Dr Nowzaradan.
Showcasing her epic weight loss in a TikTok video, Lindsey looked nothing like her former self as she held up a pair of her old jeans to showcase she is currently half her size.

She captioned her video: “Highest weight vs now!” and showed herself undergoing bariatric surgery, before showing off her slimline figure in a range of dolled-up snaps.
Lindsey could be seen wearing winged eyeliner as she grinned for the cameras in a full-body post, showing off her shrinking waistline.
The star has also confirmed she and Paul went their separate ways after filming the show wrapped.

She explained to fans: “640 pounds to current… over 350 pounds lost! #DrNowIsMyHero.”
Adding: “I still remember being over 600 pounds and praying for God to let me wake up and live another day.
“I still remember thinking I was out of options after being turned down for a revision surgery through my local hospital.
“I still remember taking a leap of faith and filling out the application for the show.
