Love Island star Shaq Muhammed has shared his response online after he was left stunned when a podcaster told him that he’s bound to return to his day job following his stint on the ITV show.
The 24-year-old airport security officer appeared gobsmacked when he appeared with his partner Tanya Manhenga on the +44 Podcast alongside presenters Sideman & Zeze Millz.
While discussing the opportunities that he’s had since the Winter show ended and his previous job role at the airport, presenter Sideman appeared to have a lot to say.

Talking about Shaq’s occupation, the podcaster said: “My issue Shaq is that the way I see things you’re bound to go back and I don’t want that not even for you guys!”
While Tanya and presenter Zeze tried to jump to Shaq’s defence, Sideman then chimed: “The next Love Island is around the corner, I promise you your engagement is going to plummet like the literal titanic.”
Following the comments made on the show, Shaq took to Twitter to share his thoughts.
The Love Island star simply wrote: “Bad energy stay farrrr away.”
Seeing his tweet, Shaq’s fans quickly commented underneath his post to support him.
One social media user wrote: “Love the way you guys are handling yourselves. Some people just don’t deserve your energy.”
Another said: “Oh yes bad energy kills the soul, keep being positive, all will be well!”
A third chimed: “Don’t mind the haters, if it’s not you and Tanya then what more can they talk about. #shanya forever.”
Although their relationship has been plagued with split rumours, Shaq and Tanya proved that things were going in the right direction earlier this week.
During a fans Q&A session, one follower asked whether the couple are planning to move in together any time soon.
Tanya replied frankly: “We really want to take our time with that step because it means a lot to me and him.
“But if I have to be closer to him I’ll go to London or he’ll come to Liverpool.”
