Naga Muncehtty has taken to Instagram to share a sweaty gym selfie after being faced with backlash from BBC Breakfast viewers.
The 48-year-old broadcaster was met with fan fury after a “car crash” interview with MP Lucy Powell on the morning show.
Naga’s confrontation with the MP came to light after the presenter quizzed her on a tweet that the Labour party posted about Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

The message accused Mr Sunak of wanting child sex attackers to go free.
It said the PM thinks thinks such they should dodge jail sparked a mammoth backlash – even from its own supporters.
Naga pushed the MP to answer whether she believed the tweet about the Prime Minister, demanding to know Labour’s stance.
Viewers immediately took to social media to comment on the exchange, branding it a “car crash” after Naga continued to press the MP on her thoughts.
However, the BBC star has broken her silence and took to Instagram to share a makeup-free selfie after working out.
Wearing a yellow gym top and a pair of headphones, Naga showed off the sweat dripping down her face.
She captioned the snap: “Tried to shake the cardio routine up today,” she penned. “Independent spinning (I don’t always enjoy classes). Yep – I worked hard. Happy Saturday.”
Unsurprisingly, Naga’s post caught the attention of her 58,800 followers, with some rushing to leave a message for the star in the comment section.
One fan penned: “Great photo!”
Another added: “My god you still look good”
A third person posted: “Looking beautiful Naga”
While a fourth social media user said: “Absolutely stunning.”
