Saturday Kitchen Live star gives stern warning to co-star and says he doesn’t trust her

BBC Saturday Kitchen Live presenter Matt Tebbutt made a stern demand at one of his co-stars as he admitted he “doesn’t trust her”.

The host, 49, welcomed food writers Lara Lee and Tom Parker Bowles alongside drinks expert Olly Smith and actor Greg Davies into the studio for Saturday’s edition (April 29) of the cooking programme.

Chef Lara explained this wasn’t her first time on the show as she previously worked behind the scenes as a runner.

She then revealed she would be whipping up some delicious lemongrass pork burgers for her fellow co-stars.

Lara almost dropped the burger she made

Shortly after finishing her creation, the Aussie star went to pick up the plate but accidentally pushed it as it slipped between her fingers.

Tom, Ollie and Greg could be heard gasping in the background as they watched the plate almost fall, before insisting it was a “good save”.

“Well, ninja move there. Been waiting for that moment,” Lara joked as she held up the burger.

As Matt turned around, he demanded: “Put it down! I don’t trust you anymore!”

Olly, Greg and Tom watched on as the chaos unfolded

“I’ve just dropped something else,” the Aussie star exclaimed as Matt insisted: “You just stay still and remind us what it’s called!”

It comes after the BBC programme was thrown into chaos after guest Andi Oliver fumed “don’t mock me” at Matt.

“I’m nearly 50, I’ve got a long list,” Matt said, jokingly referring to his health problems.

He then pointed over to Andi in the kitchen and said: “Andi is going to join in as well.”

To which she fumed back: “How dare you?” followed by laughter from their fellow guests.

“Listen,” the TV chef began before she was interrupted by Matt who joked: “She’s always moaning about something.”

Gobsmacked at his reply, Andi fired back: “Moaning about something?! I’ve got a bad arm, and I’ve now got my hearing aid.”

She then pointed to the host and said: “Don’t mock me,” to which Matt swiftly moved on with the show.
