BBC Breakfast presenter Nina Warhurst was forced to clap back at a cruel troll who insulted her sunny demeanour live on the programme this weekend.
Nina stepped up to present the show alongside co-host Ben Boulos on Sunday (April 30), with regular presenters Naga Munchetty, Charlie Stayt, Sally Nugent and Jon Kay nowhere to be seen.
But one viewer wasn’t impressed with how cheery Nina was at 7am – and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.

The cruel troll penned: “I am watching @BBCBreakfast with the Bland Bloke by ‘name and nature’ and @NinaWarhurst wearing a pathetic grin.
“Talking Coronation and mental health in Scotland. Any bright sunny news or is this the norm with you two?”
Clearly insulted – but not having any of it – Nina replied to the comment, writing: “Love this. ‘Can you be brighter and sunnier? I’ll start by throwing some personal insults your way’. Have a lovely day!”
Fans soon rallied round to support Nina, with one writing: “He’s had a rough night hasn’t he?”
As another said: “Oh dear, what you guys have to put up with!”
A third fan echoed: “Turn it off or over if it’s upsetting you. It’s also incredibly rude to tag the person you’re slagging off. I really hope getting old doesn’t make me so twisted and bitter.”
“What odd comments, you have the option of not watching something that is obviously not good enough for you, no-one is forcing you! Just unnecessarily rude!” somebody else agreed.
Nina clearly wasn’t too put out by the comments, as she encouraged fans to keep sending in their plans for the Coronation weekend via social media.

Speaking live on the show, Nina – who is pregnant with her third child – said: “Do contact us – we are really enjoying hearing your messages this morning about how you plan to mark the Coronation.”
It comes after fans begged “stop” with the Coronation dominating headlines.
One bored audience member said: “@bbcbreakfast I’m already bored of the Coronation… zzz.”
“Please make this Coronationfest stop… Or at least show some balance, this Stone of Destiny rubbish is absurd,” someone else agreed.
