BGT Noodle the CGI cat’s identity ‘exposed’ as viewers sure it’s former finalist

Britain’s Got Talent viewers may have just rumbled the true identity of Noodle the CGI cat – and it looks like it’s a former finalist.

The curious cat took to the stage in an ITV talent show first, and could be seen dancing and swaying throughout the performance of Nina Simone’s Feeling Good.

Though viewers at home loved seeing Noodle, they were baffled at how members of the live audience made anything out, and took to social media to air their confusion.

And the singer behind the cute feline’s identity was left hidden, as the performer opted to hide their true self.

Now some think they know who it really is – and reckon it could be previous finalist Tom Ball, who wowed the judges with his incredible voice and curly hair.

It comes after the same thing happened on France’s Got Talent last year, with a cat named Nouille eventually revealed during the semi-finals as former contestant Mickaël Dos Santos.

During a rousing piano solo, the former FGT star emerged from behind a wall – leaving the judges in shock.

Now BGT fans think the same thing could happen over here, and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.

One penned: “I’m pretty sure Noodle was called Nouille last year on France’s Got Talent. Spoiler: In the semi-final it was revealed that it was a former contestant singing. So hopefully we’ll see last year’s finalist Tom Ball again.”

Someone else followed up: “Supposedly Noodle the Cat on BGT is Tom Ball, a previous contestant.”

As another fan echoed: “It’s Tom Ball from last year’s BGT. 10000%. Listen to the voice, it’s him, I’d put money on it.”

“That cat thing is 100% Tom Ball’s voice,” a fourth posted.

While somebody else said: “I’ve been seeing a lot of speculation Noodle is either Tom Ball, or some guy from France’s Got Talent. Personally, I’m not one to speculate, so, I’ll just leave it to the finals to see if Noodle not only gets through, but reveals his identity.”
