Lily Allen has established her place among the most successful British artists in history, but she’s just as well known for her sharp tongue as she is for her performances on stage.
Throughout her career, the London-born singer has always spoken her mind, to such an extent that she enthusiastically insulted the entire male population with her hit track Not Fair, which to the infuriation of all her ex-boyfriends made it to the No5 position in the UK charts.
Therefore, it comes as no surprise that when somebody puts her name in a negative light, she’s quick to fire back in an attempt to warn them from trying to test her again.

So without further ado, we’re looking at the 37-year-old’s biggest bust-ups.
Fearne Cotton
It all kicked off back in February when Cotton claimed that Allen had blanked her a whopping “five times in a row”.
Unsurprisingly furious with the allegation from the former Celebrity Juice panellist, she tweeted: “I did not blank you. That is simply not true. I didn’t see you or your husband.
“Why couldn’t you just come over a say hi yourself?”
Courtney Love
Despite tangoing with some of the highest profile names in the British entertainment industry, it seems Allen had bigger aspirations and started booting off with a plethora of America’s finest, including Courtney Love.
In the aftermath of the 2010 NME Awards, the California native accused Allen of preventing anyone else from being dressed by Chanel at the Brits.
Taking to social media, the Smile singer brutally replied: “I would never fight with her; as a rule, I don’t pick on crazy old ladies.”
She then proceeded to post an unflattering photo of her rival, to which Love fumed: “Lily tweeted that pic? That’s just baby brat nonsense. Wouldn’t deign to post a pic of her thighs.”
Ouch.
Taking things a step further, she accused Allen of taking cocaine at her house and stealing sunglasses from her daughter.
This prompted a fiery Allen to brand her a “drug-addled lunatic”, before later apologising, saying: “Silly Lily.”
Piers Morgan
For everyone who’s ever been in the public eye, there comes a point where you have to battle it out with Piers Morgan.
So for Allen, this was simply a right of passage.
In 2011, the television host tweeted his potential guest, asking her if she’d appear on his show.
Quite bashfully, she responded: “I’ve got no interest in coming on your show; you’ve been asking me for years.”
But the feud wasn’t done there.
It all bubbled to the surface when the rumour mill suggested that Allen would be joining the X Factor as a judge.
Seizing his opportunity, Morgan joked that “C-lister” Bianca Gascoigne must’ve turned down the role.
Obviously, this annoyed Allen, who branded the controversial character a “snob”.
Katie Hopkins
In a career that has seen her mock the Asian community as well as people with autism and epilepsy, Hopkins cemented her status as one of the most “disliked” women in Britain.
And earlier this year, she took fire at Allen, making jibes at her weight and claiming she only got famous because of her father.
A candid and open Allen put Hopkins firmly in her place, saying: “Yes, after tragically losing a child so late into my pregnancy, I may have gained a few pounds. I am one of many that find comfort in food.
“The two pregnancies that followed were terrifying because of what had happened before, and I was pretty much on bed rest for 20 months.”
“‘Can somebody tell me what Katie Hopkins does except go on telly slagging off girls half her age?”
Cheryl Cole
Of course, there’s only one bust-up that can stand atop the podium with a gold medal around its neck.
All the way back in 2007, Cole accused her nemesis of being a “chick with a d**k”.
This prompted Allen to call the Girls Aloud singer a “stupid bitch” and suggested that she doesn’t have a particularly good voice.
Backing her original comment, Cole said: “I have had enough of her [Lily] and her big mouth. Over the last few months, she has called [Nicola Roberts] ugly, which I bit my tongue over. She called [Sarah Harding] vile and my husband horrendous, but seems to have conveniently forgotten all of that.”
