1000lb Sisters fans have praised Tammy Slaton after she reached a huge milestone in her weight loss journey.
The star proved that she was able to stand without the help of a walker or wheelchair due to her significant weight loss.
Tammy has shed an impressive 300lb (21 stone) after spending some time in a food rehabilitation facility ad her sister has now taken a snap of the star standing on her own.

Amy wrote: “Had a blast last night. totally embarrassed myself but it was fun. Now to go pick up my boys.. can’t wait to see my new friends again we love y’all!!!”
Tammy was all smiles as she posed for the snap with her sister in a black jumper and black tracksuit bottoms.

Fan instantly took to the comments section of Amy’s post to gush over Tammy’s achievement.

This comes after fans praised Tammy for posting a “glowing” selfie on social media.
The star took to Instagram with a stunning selfie that showed off her new slimmed-down look.
The 36-year-old looked incredible as she posed for the snap giving the lens a smolder.
The photo only showed Tammy’s face, as she showed off her slim cheekbones and sparkly eyes.

Tammy pulled her brunette hair back from her face and appeared to be wearing makeup with a splash of pink on her lips.
The reality star’s breathing tube was attached to her nose and her tracheostomy tubes could be seen around her neck.
