The pop sensation gave fans a rendition of two of her biggest hits Roar and Firework.
During Katy’s incredible performance, she stopped the show to deliver a personal message to The King.
Speaking before she sang her song Firework, she said: “I’m so happy to be here with you people. I love you all so much.
“I got to bring my mum, she’s so happy to be here. I get to stay in this castle!
“Thank you for having me at the Coronation celebration and I want to dedicate this song to the King and the work we get to do with the British Asian Trust.”
The star previously said how happy she was to be chosen to sing at the Coronation concert.
She said: “I’m grateful to have been asked. It’s very exciting. It [the invite] was very regal – I loved it. I’m an ambassador to one of his foundations… he asked me to sing and it all aligned.
“I might be posting a lot because I’m going to be in a castle for real. This is wild.”
The concert itself was hosted by Downton Abbey and Paddington star Hugh Bonneville.
The show saw incredible performances by Take That, Katy Perry, Lionel Richie, DJ Pete Tong, Paloma Faith, Olly Murs, veteran rock guitarist Steve Winwood, and Nicole singing Reflection from Mulan.
Presenter Zoe Ball was supposed to be presenting the show for BBC Radio 2 but was forced to pull out at the last minute due to illness.
On Sunday morning, Ball tweeted: “Absolutely gutted… the sickness bug has got me. Was meant to be heading to Windsor Castle for the #coronationconcert on @BBCRadio2 later.
“@radioleary and @scott_mills have got you covered. I’m heading back to bed.”
