Kate Beckinsale was left red-faced as she accidentally hit her co-star Colin Farrell in the face with her vagina.
The actors appeared together in 2012 remake Total Recall, in which factory drone Douglas Quaid begins to suspect he’s a spy after visiting a company which provides its clients with false implanted memories.
Douglas, played by Farrell, soon finds himself on the run and right in between the legs of Kate Beckinsale’s character Lori Quaid.

In a horrific recollection of the moment in a 2016 episode of The Graham Norton Show, Beckinsale confessed all about that the “unfortunate thing” that happened with Colin and her “iron vagina”.

She giggled: “Oh yeah, so a vagina slam to the face. Let’s just say what it is.
“So, I was on the floor in a sort of shiny-ish trouser and my legs were open and I sort of had to slide towards him in a, you know, Dirty Dancing sort of way – but a mean Dirty Dancing way – and sort of chin him in the face with my area and just tough as iron.”
Not one to pull her punches, Kate laughed: “No I was saying it must be because he was knocked out after and I went zooming towards – it’s perishing enough, zooming towards someone you don’t know that well with your iron vagina.”

Things got even worse when Kate suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction right at the same time.
She went on: “My shoe made a really, very realistic farty noise all the way there. His face was so horrified. He was bracing enough for the vagina coming towards him but then it was kind of going [blowing raspberry].”
And to make matters even more humiliating, nobody believed that it was Kate’s shoe which was responsible for the mishap.

It comes after Kate confessed she’d “s**g” her on-screen lover Colin back in 2017 during a racy game on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live.
The tongue-in-cheek game of “s**g, marry, kill” saw Kate confess: “I’d sort of have to s**g Colin because I’ve sort of already done it onscreen, so it probably wouldn’t count.”
She’d marry her Pearl Harbour co-star Ben Affleck and kill off Josh Hartnett – but later refused to answer a question about the time she “peed in a director’s thermos” while filming a movie.
