While Rachel mentioned that they’ve been spending time supporting each other, Tine said: “It’s just really sad and really hard to process it right now.”

Bradley then said: “We’re all still in so much disbelief and Paul was a big brother to us and you guys out there.

“He truly was a unique specimen of a human being. No one can ever replace our Paul but he lives on inside each and every one of us.”

Holding back tears, Jo said: “When he walked into a room, you’d definitely know that he was there because he’d light it up with humour and love and [he was] just a really special person.”

Jon then said: “You’ve probably noticed that there’s only five of us here today.

“Hannah will always be a part of S Club 7, she won’t be joining us on this tour but we wish her all the best for the future.”

Rachel added: “He’s always going to be with us. He’s such a huge part of this tour and so involved in everything we are planning. We’re just going to keep his memory alive and share it with all of you.”

Singer Paul was found dead at his home in Dorset on April 6 aged 46.

It was later revealed that there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

S Club’s Hannah, who was also his ex-girlfriend, said she couldn’t stop crying after hearing about his passing.

She said: “I couldn’t make sense of it and had so many questions. I was trying to process it but I just couldn’t.”
