BBC’s Daisy May Cooper ‘shared a snog’ with mega A-lister in racy BAFTA confession

Daisy May Cooper revealed she “snogged” mega A-lister Taron Egerton in a racy BAFTA red carpet confession.

The 36-year-old actress was one of many celebs at the biggest night in telly on Sunday (May 14) – battling it out to bag some major acting trophies.

But before settling in for the big ceremony, plenty of the stars walked the red carpet to give interviews and flaunt their jaw-dropping ensembles.

And one of those celebs was Daisy May Cooper, who was joined by her Am I Being Unreasonable? co-star Selin Hizli for an interview with Michelle Visage.

But things took a racy turn when mega hunk Taron Egerton interrupted their chat – to which Daisy then made a saucy confession about him.

After all hugging, Daisy jumped straight in to ask Taron: “Didn’t I snog you one night?”

Despite looking a little shocked, with a glint in his eye, the actor admitted: “We did have a snog.”

“Hazy memory,” Taron added.

The hunk, who called things off his long-term girlfriend in April 2022, continued, “I think we might have had a snog once, back in the day.”

Buzzing that it wasn’t just her mind playing tricks on her, Daisy proclaimed: “You heard it from the horse’s mouth!”

Later on at the BAFTA’s ceremony, Daisy found herself fighting back the tears when her co-star Lenny Rush scooped an award for his work on their series.

The 14-year-old won the Best Male Performance in A Comedy Programme award for his role as Olly in the hit show Am I Being Unreasonable?

The Responder was the most-nominated show of the awards but it was Ben Whishaw who took the leading actor award for This Is Going To Hurt.

While other winners of the night included the likes of Kate Winslet for her role in the Channel 4 single drama I Am Ruth, while Claudia Winkleman bagged an award for Best Entertainment Performance.
