In a glorious piece of content, the GB News Team decided to dunk their sausage rolls in their morning brew.
When Stephen Dixon and Isabel Webster embarked on their journalism careers, this probably isn’t what they had in mind.
After reading a study in The Daily Star, which claimed 1/10 Brits dip their baked treat in their tea, they couldn’t resist trying it for themselves.

However, they made somewhat of a mistake, as the enormous sausage roles they opted for could barely fit in the mug.
Clearly overwhelmed by the sheer size, Isabel exclaimed: “This is too big to even fit in my mouth in one go. It’s huge.”
A mischievous Stephen fired back: “That’s so not true; she’s like a snake.”
Struggling to maintain her composure, Isabel managed to stay calm and started to consume the sausage roll.
However, she quickly lost it when she noticed Freddie Gray slicing up his with a knife.
She giggled: “You’re so posh, Freddy.”
After a few moments, the panel came to the overwhelming conclusion that those participating in the survey may have been onto something.
Stephen said: “It’s just like a slightly wet sausage roll.”
Freddy added: “I might join the one in ten.”
Desperate for more, Isabel beamed: “I’m going to have another dunk. I’m double dipping.”
But then things took a turn for the worse, as Stephen drowned his cheese sandwich in the hot drink, and unfortunately, it didn’t have the same results.
Attempting not to throw up, he shrieked: “That truly is vile.”
Completely losing control, Isabel screamed: “I’ve spilt it down my dress.”
But while the sandwich-tea combination was anything but enjoyable, it looks like they all got something valuable from the experience.
Isabel concluded: “The sausage roll in the Tea isn’t awful. This is a revelation.”
Ultimately, this proves that if you get an idea from The Daily Star, you may as well run with it.
