But many took to social media to claim they had “never seen this act before.”
“I don’t remember this act from the auditions at all,” said one fan.
Don’t remember these two at all from the auditions. Best yo-yo act I’ve seen this hour. #bgt
“Don’t remember these.. Anyone else?,” asked a second.
A third penned: “I don’t remember these ?” while a fourth added: “I can’t remember these2.”
The act did in fact audition although fans do not appear to recall them making it into the final edit of the show .
Tonight’s episode saw performances from Stand-up comedian Markus Birdman, school boy Harry Churchill, Young dance group Notorious and Dance group Ghetto Kids, to name a few.
This year sees brand-new judge Bruno Tonioli make his first appearance on the live-show judging panel, where he is joined by Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon.
But some fans were calling for the star to be replaced after dubbing “irritating” and “not funny.”
“Is there anyway we can start a petition to replace Bruno he’s actually ruined this show this year #bgt #BritainsGotTalent He was never this painful on Strictly! It’s like he’s showing off in front of Simon CRINGE,” slammed one viewer.
“Another penned: “I’m yet to see a positive thing said about Bruno bring ANYBODY else back PLEASE.”
While a third begged the show to bring back Walliams: “Bruno is the worst thing to happen to Britain’s got talent! Please bring David back #bgt.”
Bruno was seen taking part in a magic trick by illusionist Miki Dark alongside Amanda Holden, where she was seen letting off a rope and seemingly decapitating the star as he lay in a guillotine.
She was even heard making a cheeky dig at him, saying: “”I thought I killed Bruno. I think I’m gutted i didn’t”.
