It seems Lorraine Kelly has an adorable nickname for her husband Steve Smith – or at least according to her ITV pal Ben Shephard.
But she left Susanna Reid shocked when she joked that Ben was “too innocent” to hear about what happens in her bedroom.
It came after TV star Lorraine revealed that she keeps her 63-year-old teddy bear, named Teddy, in her bed during a chat on Thursday (June 8)’s Good Morning Britain.

Lorraine, 63, appeared on GMB to tell viewers what she had coming up on Lorraine, but Ben and Susanna wanted to discuss grown-ups keeping teddy bears in bed.

GMB had hosted the teddy bear segment after Love Island 2023 star Molly Marsh brought her teddy Plop into the villa.
Ben asked: “Lorraine, are you pro-teddy bears on the bed or against teddy bears on the bed?”
Lorraine quickly confirmed: “Always teddy bears, always teddy bears. You have to have a teddy bear.”

Susanna asked: “Have you got teddies on your bed?”
Lorraine coyly dodges the question at first when she replied: “I may have a teddy bear on my bed, and I may not…”
She then admitted: “No, I do. I have got a teddy bear on my bed. It’s the same age as me. A 63-year-old teddy called Teddy, obviously.”
Ben then cheekily asked her: “That’s not a nickname for Stevie, is it?”, prompting Susanna and Lorraine to burst out laughing.

Lorraine then cheekily joked that Ben was too innocent to find out what goes in her bedroom.
She quipped: “Well, that’s another story of what goes on in my bed. You don’t want to know about that! You’re a young innocent man.”
Susanna looked rocked by the racy remark and burst into fits of giggles.
Lorraine has been married to cameraman Steve since 1992 and they share their 29-year-old daughter Rosie.
