Stephen Reid (Todd Boyce) is up to his old tricks again as he laces Elaine Jones’ (Paula Wilcox) tea after she refuses to buy Carla Connor’s (Alison King) share of Underworld.

Elsewhere, When Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) refuses to give cheating Sarah Barlow (Tina O’Brien) another chance following her affair with Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths), she turns the tables and says he’s partially to blame for her fling as he was always at work.
Also, Brain Packham’s (Peter Gunn) cousin Isabella (Flamina Cinque) corners Rita Tanner(Barbara Knox) to tell her she’s too old to work and he needs a younger assistant.
Rita’s dislike for Isabella evident and she quits her job.
