Soccer Aid viewers were left fuming at their TV screens within minutes of the show airing over an “annoying” sound blunder.
Old Trafford was playing host again to a sea of stars on Sunday afternoon (June 11) as the charity event made its much-anticipated return.
A cast of sporting legends, dancers, singers, comedians, boxers and more, all came together in a bid to raise funds for UNICEF.

I’m A Celeb star and Queen of the Jungle Jill Scott became the first female captain of the England XI, while Usain Bolt led the all-conquering World XI.
Some of the major celebrities that took part included rapper Stormzy and Line Of Duty star Vicky McClure as coaches for the England team.
While celebs like chart-topping DJ Joel Corry and funny man Mo Gilligan all took to the pitch to battle it out.
It’s expected a crowd of 75,000 attended the event to watch their fave stars attempt to bag some cash for UNICEF.
But within minutes of the show airing, angry viewers headed to Twitter to fume and all make the same complaint.
As co-host Dermot O’Leary attempted to give viewers the rundown of what was to come, the sounds of horns could be heard in the stadium.
The horns got that loud, that viewers watching the show at home were unable to make out what Dermot was saying.
“SHUT UP WITH UR BLOODY HORNS!!” Fumed one person, as another added: “Horns are doing my head in already.”
“Turned Soccer Aid on and heard those b*****d horns. Off it goes,” proclaimed a third viewer.
Echoing their thoughts, someone else raged: “Love to know who’s idea it was to sell horns…”
“Just put tv on, can’t watch the match. Its those awful horns, terrible noise just spoils it,” penned a fifth viewer.
