According to reports, she was admitted to a local hospital for emergency treatment but unfortunately, she was pronounced brain-dead by medics.
Her family has decided to donate her organs in her honour – revealing they would be “comforted” to know her heart has gone to someone who needs it.
Park’s mother told Soompi on Monday: “Only her brain is unconscious, and her heart is still beating.
“There must be someone who desperately needs organs. As her mother and father, we will be able to live comforted by the thought that her heart has gone to someone and is beating.”
According to Channel News Asia, her funeral procession took place on June 13.
Park Soo made her acting debut in the 2018 musical Il Tenore, before going on to appear on other musical shows including Othello and The Cellar.
Park is the second Snowdrop star to lose her life in recent years.
