Kim Kardashian’s ex husband Kris Humphries has opened a chicken shop after a surprising career change.
The former basketball player, 38, spent 13 years playing in the NBA, before officially retiring in 2019.
He famously married Kim in August 2011 in a whirlwind romance that was all over the media, before she famously filed for divorce just 72 days later in October, with the divorce finalised in June 2013.

He has since opened a host of franchise restaurants in his home state Minnesota, including Five Guys branches, with his family and has confirmed the latest venture.
The 38-year-old took to Instagram to announce the “soft open” of a Dave’s Hot Chicken branch in Minnetonka, with family and friends in attendance, ahead of its launch.
Dave’s Hot Chicken launched as a parking lot pop-up in Los Angeles back in 2017 and last year it was reported that Kris and his family had made a deal for numerous branches.
He wrote last year: “Super excited to bring [Dave’s Hot Chicken] to Minnesota with my family. This is the best chicken ever! Get ready Minnesota”.
As part of the latest opening he showcased some of the food that is featured on the menu, including fries, burgers and chicken tenders, in a photo that he shared with his followers on the platform.
He posted a snap alongside food blogger Kim Ly Curry with each of them holding a milkshake.
He captioned the post: “It’s go time baby!”
His followers flocked to the comments section, with one writing: “I’ll be back soon!!! So great seeing you, Kris!!!!”
A second said: “This is a winner. Congrats!” While a third added: “Was really good! The kids loved it thank you!”
Meanwhile a fourth quipped: “Legend says he escaped the Kardashian curse.”
