Steph’s Packed Lunch host Steph McGovern has issued a warning to viewers ahead of it getting pulled off the air next week.
The hit Channel 4 chat show debuted back in 2019 – and since then it’s amassed a loyal legion of viewers, as well as a BAFTA nomination thanks to its celebrity guests, topical news stories, and real-life stories.
But on Thursday (July 6) Steph gave fans a warning ahead of the next show as the episode will undergo a major shake-up.

Instead of the usual starting time at midday, Steph’s Packed Lunch will start at 11:20am on Friday’s show (July 7).
What’s more, it’ll also be the last episode before the show and the host takes the summer off.
“So tomorrow we are on an earlier time of 11:20, so don’t miss us, 11:20 tomorrow,” Steph told viewers, before giving them a rundown of what they can expect.
Joining Steph on Friday will be Steps superstar Claire Richards, Denise Van Outen and Simon Rimmer.
Steph then warned viewers again about the new time, saying: “So remember, tomorrow we are on at 11:20.”
The Middlesbrough lass then kept repeating “11:20” before the credits started to roll and the episode finished.
In April the show underwent a huge shake-up in its schedule with it taking on ITV by airing at the same time as both This Morning and Loose Women.
The show runs from 12noon until 2:10pm, extending its previous slot by an extra 30 minutes each day.
The move was a sign of confidence in the show, which has become increasingly popular with viewers since its debut in 2019 under a different name.
In late 2019, Channel 4 announced that the new live daytime programme presented by McGovern, originally titled The Steph Show.
In 2020 the new show, Steph’s Packed Lunch, aired for the first time from the specially built studio overlooking Leeds Docks, just one week into the coronavirus lockdown.
