Jamie Foxx told fans that he’s got “big things coming soon” just months after suffering a mysterious “medical complication”.
The actor and rapper, 55, spent time in hospital in April, before later attending a physical rehabilitation centre, which is said to have occurred while he was working on the Netflix film Back in Action.
The Hollywood star has now reassured his fans after posting on Instagram a picture of himself looking dapper while wearing a suit, as he sat atop a golden BetMGM race car.

Foxx is working on a campaign with BetMGM — a sports betting company connected with MGM Resorts — and is set to star in their commercials during the American Football season amongst other projects.
He captioned his post: “Thankful for my @betmgm family and a great few nights in Vegas. We got BIG things coming soon [fox emoji].”
His loyal legion of 16million followers quickly flocked to the comments section, adamant that Foxx is acting differently, with one writing: “Might be a AI generated picture of Jamie Foxx. I don’t know what to believe.”
A second said: “I’m unfollowing this page if you don’t act like Jamie Fox”, while a third added: “How gullible do you all think we are? Cut it out.”
Meanwhile a fourth quipped: “Bro…. you almost died and popped back up without a word to let us know you appreciated our prayers. This is giving ai Jamie and no one is home.”
