Love Island 2023’s rich list – Molly Marsh earns thousands while others make £1 per post

After weeks of snubbing and snogging in the sun, Love Island 2023’s summer series is almost over.

The grand final kicks off on Monday (July 31) hosted by Maya Jama, where one couple will be crowned champs and win a whopping £50,000.

But the fun and fame doesn’t end there for this year’s contestants and many will go on to become successful influencers or TV stars after leaving the villa.

The Islanders set to make the most money from Instagram and TikTok after the show has now been revealed by PR agency 10Yetis, and the highest earners are Molly Marsh, Jess Harding, Ella Thomas, and Leah Taylor.

Unsurprisingly, it’s social media star Molly Marsh who tops the list with estimated earnings of £7,739 per TikTok video and £1,190 per Instagram post, a total of over £10k.

The blonde beauty already had over 660k followers on TikTok and 46k on Instagram, and entering the villa twice has boosted her profile.

She now boasts a whopping 335k Instagram followers and nearly 1m TikTok followers.

Andy Barr said: “While Molly currently stands to earn the most on TikTok, it’s important to remember that she went into the villa with over 660,000 followers on TikTok and 46,000 on Instagram. She’s had a little over a 17% growth in followers in TikTok and 157.58% on Instagram.”

There’s a big gap between Molly and the others, but model Ella Thomas is in second place with predicted earnings of £526 per Instagram post and £517 on TikTok, a total of above £1k.

Fan-favourite Jess Harding is in third with supposed profits of £799, thanks to £757 on Instagram and £42 on TikTok.

Tyrique tops the list for the boys and look forward to £572 every time he posts on Instagram

Maura’s mate Leah is in fourth and can also expect to pull in close to £1000 in total with £495 from Instagram posts and £290 from TikTok.

Ella’s beau Tyrique is the highest earner out of all of the boys, predicted to make £572 from Instagram but only £14 from TikTok.

There’s a big gap between the highest earners and lowest earners, because boys Mehdi Edno and Scott Van Der Sluis might only make £1 per video on TikTok, with Sammy estimated to make just £2.
