Jeremy Clarkson has been vocal in the past about his concerns over his health, especially since hitting his 60s.
In 2021, the Grand Tour Host admitted he thought “about dying every day” after opening up about his health fears after turning 61 .
He added that he’d be “furious” if he was to croak it soon, because he had not finished what he wanted to achieve yet.

The Amazon Prime star had been especially thinking about his own mortality after reaching the same age his father was when he passed away.
“When my dad died at 61, I thought, ‘That’s a pretty good innings,'” he told the Guardian.
“Now I’m 61, if I died, I’d be furious, I’m nowhere near finished.”
It appears that The former Top Gear presenter’s fears might be becoming a scary reality, as he has just revealed his doctor issued him a harsh warning about his health.
“For most of my adult life, stern-faced doctors warned me that if I didn’t give up smoking, I would suffer from an agonising and premature death,” Jeremy wrote in his column for the Sun on Friday (4 August).
The owner of the Diddly Squat farm shop admitted he “bit the bullet” six years ago, and replaced his “40-a-day habit” with chewing nicotine gum.
“This week a doctor said it’s causing a worrying rise in my blood pressure and that if I don’t pack it in soon, I will suffer from an agonising and premature death,” he TV star wrote.
Last week, Jeremy Clarkson was critcised for claiming his booze was a good option for drinkers.
Made and sold at his Diddly Squat farm shop that he runs with his partner Lisa, the critiqued product consists of rum made from honey and £19.50 for 20cl.
In an email advertising the product, Jeremy’s brand wrote: “Made with honey from Diddly Squat Farm bees, we are thrilled to add this delicious rum to our Bee Juice booze collection.
“Incredibly smooth, and as Jeremy says, ‘It’s delicious ’n’ nutritious’.
“Enjoy straight up, over ice, or Lisa’s favourite; pour over fruit for the ultimate pudding. Let us know how you get on!”
But according to alcohol counsellor Liz Greenwood: “ This is a very reckless statement. Alcohol is dangerous and in no way nutritious.
“It causes harm to countless individuals and families. Jeremy Clarkson should not be passing off booze as some kind of health food.”
