The actress elegantly fastened her blonde locks with a clip and could be seen gazing off dreamily into the ocean.
Presenting a picturesque montage from her trip, she accompanied it with the caption: “took a brief hiatus from my binge-watch of Vanderpump Rules to go to Ibiza for my bday.”
Tilly was living it up as she was pictured enjoyed a refreshing beer, fresh fish, and stunning shoreline during the holiday snaps.
“Just look at you!” exclaimed EastEnders actress Lucy Benjamin, while others chimed in with praises like: “What a stunning beauty.”
The actress, who played Phil Mitchell’s daughter Louise in EastEnders from 2016 to 2020, secured the role of Mimi in the hit Netflix series You.
She shared the screen with lead actor Penn Badgley, Dario Coates and Eve Austin.
Tilly’s journey with EastEnders commenced in 2016, immersing her in an explosive narrative as she grappled with a pregnancy from Keanu Taylor.
Keanu had been unfaithful to her with Sharon Mitchell, Phil’s wife, turning him into a marked man when the news emerged.
Chaos erupted on Christmas Day, as Ben Mitchell coerced Martin Fowler into a fatal act.
Yet, although viewers were led to believe the deed was done, it later emerged that Keanu had slipped away overseas.
Louise’s final scenes, as she also escaped the Square, unfolded in January of the previous year.

Following her departure from the soap, Tilly made appearances in short films like True Colours and Do This For Me, in addition to a role in Reggie Yates’ BBC drama Make Me Famous.
Before landed these lucrative roles, the star admitted she struggled to find work after quitting the soap.
She told Rolling Stone: “I was having screen tests for really great shows or chemistry reads and I wasn’t getting them,” she remembers.
“It was like, ‘Oh, you’re too tall, too old, too young’ — whatever the generic excuses are.
“I really wanted a job on a show that I really wanted to be on. That was the gut-wrenching thing.”
