EastEnders reckon Ricky Branning (Frankie Day) might not be the biological father of Lily Slater’s (Lillia Turner) newborn baby.
They think that, in a shocking twist, creepy Theo Hawthorne (William Ellis) could be the real father.
Earlier this week, Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) came to the realisation that Theo was the one responsible for stalking her over the past few months.

Expressing her anger towards Theo, Stacey referred to him as a “geeky little Geography teacher,” sparking his anger and revealing a different aspect of his personality.
Following his departure and reentry into the Slater residence, Stacey found herself rescued by Martin Fowler (James Bye) and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace), who successfully frightened Theo away, all while Lily gave birth to her baby in the living room.
Upon reporting Theo’s disturbing behaviour to the police, the individual was subsequently apprehended when detectives discovered him loitering in the vicinity of Albert Square.
In a devastating setback, Stacey was left appalled when the police informed her that it boiled down to ‘her word against his’, with no further action they could take.
With Theo’s peculiar fixation on Stacey gaining public attention and growing concern, certain viewers of the BBC One soap opera are speculating that he might be the biological father of Lily’s daughter, Charli, in a shocking twist.
Taking to X, previously Twitter, one viewer wrote: “I don’t know why, but I’ve got the most sickening feeling, Theo has fathered Lily’s newborn daughter.
“The way Lily looked at Richard as he picked up the baby, wasn’t one of adoration or affection, and it’s because of this, I have this strange feeling.”
Another wrote: “If Lily’s baby turns out to be Theo’s I’ll be fuming.”
“Theo mentioning Lily’s baby is petrifying,” a separate person commented.
Lillia has played Lily Slater on the BBC soap since 2020 .
Lily is the daughter of Stacey Slater and Ryan Malloy, but Lily has been raised by Stacey and her ex-husband Martin Fowler and she refers to him as her dad.
Lillia’s on-screen persona fell pregnant at just 12 years of age, a plot that has caused some controversy.
