BBC Breakfast star Sally Nugent issued a stern demand to her co-star John Watson.
The presenter, 52, teamed up with regular co-host Jon Kay as they shared the latest news headlines with viewers on Monday (September 12).
The duo were joined by sports correspondent John Watson who was presenting live from the AO Arena in Manchester ahead of the Davis Cup.

The international tennis event is returning to Manchester for the first time since 1994 and will hold 13,000 fans for GB’s final group match on Sunday – which could be the largest ever crowd for a Davis Cup tie.
John then headed over to the umpire’s chair which he labelled the best seat in the house.
Placing his hand on the chair, he told viewers: “That is the hot seat right there, the umpire’s chair.”
Sally chipped in: “Oh the stress of it John. Can you imagine the pressure? Too much pressure for me that one!”
As John agreed, Sally pointed at the chair and said: “Before the end of this morning’s programme I expect you to be sitting in it.”
“Dare you,” added Jon.
As he gazed up at the chair, John hesitantly responded: “Okay… Go on. Alright. It’s a dare.”
It comes after it was revealed Victoria Valentine had quit BBC Breakfast.
Victoria, who bas been a senior broadcast journalist for the BBC since 2008 shared the news on Sunday (September 10) as she hosted her final show alongside Ben Boulos.
She wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: “To the regular who clocked it was my last @BBCBreakfast shift. I have a few more 0500 BST shifts over the next fortnight on @BBCWorld.
“UK viewers can catch the 1st hour on @BBCOne. Still active on Insta as @thesocialgardener – a nature/news adjacent pootle around my brain.”
In a major career move, the 39-year-old revealed she’s heading back to university to study psychological sciences and aims to do a doctorate.
