Gladiators’ Ace star has very different life years after nearly marrying Katie Price

Gladiators’ Ace has undergone a complete life transformation after finding fame on the show.

Warren Furman found fame and fortune through his very athletic figure and quickly became a popular member of the Gladiators team along with the likes of Lightning and Wolf.

But while many other of the former stars are continuing to work on their bodybuilding career, Warren has gone down a completely different path – a far stretch from the like normally had.

He turned away from the world of showbiz and is now a Christian preacher working in schools, prisons and partnering with the community and churches.

Before his transformed life, Ace was a beloved member of the TV show and very nearly tied the knot with Katie Price.

During his heyday, he started dating glamour model and Page 3 girl at the time Katie Price, better known then as Jordan.

The pair got engaged in 1997 and he became her first fiancé before they ended their romance in 1999, two years later Katie dated Dwight York and became pregnant with her son Harvey Price.

After their split, he left Gladiators just one year later, but failed to kick off his career in the showbiz industry and ultimately started working on a construction site instead.

His career completely transformed and he went from earning £2,000 an hour to just £20, previously saying he came “crashing down” into the real world.

Now his job centres around working in churches, with Warren posting a photo to his feed of him giving a talk at a church.

He previously said that after becoming a Christian in his early 40s, his fellow Gladiators didn’t understand his life change.

At the time he said the group thought he had “lost his mind”.

The TV star appeared on This Morning in 2019 and opened up on his passion for both fitness and the church.

Ace is part of the first generation of Gladiators, with a brand new wave preparing to hit screens later this year.
