Talking about his relationship, he said: “You’ve got to make an effort for each other all the time.

“I don’t live in the gym like a b***end but I do take care of myself and letting yourself go ‘because you love each other so much’ is fine, but only if you’re both like that.

“We keep each other on our toes, if we’re out and she sees me flirting and I see her flirting, we like that. We keep it healthy and exciting.

“I’m 48-years-old and I work my t**s off to stay as young as possible.

“And we just s*** all of the time, people don’t f*** enough. Just f*** all the time, it’s good for your health.

“Switch off the telly and s*** all night long, or shag when I’m on there, it will encourage orgasm in most females,” he laughed.

Russel also revealed he got in trouble recently after uploading a cheeky video of his makeup artist wife Lindsey.

The TV star said: “I get in trouble all the time for filming her a*** and stuff like that, I just talk about our sex life and it will be in the newspaper the next day.

“I got in real trouble for video of me playing the bongos on her a*** and I had to take it down.

“My mother-in-law had a word with me about it too.

“I don’t see what the issue was, she was bent over and I was playing the bongos on her bum, we were having fun.”

He pleaded with director Nick Nevan to have a small role in the film but wasn’t successful.

Russel added: I wanted to be in this so badly, I sent so many emails to Nick Nevan, I just wanted to be stabbed or punched, but they wouldn’t let me.”
