Rita Ora will be missing out on several episodes of The Masked Singer UK as it clashes with the US version of the show.
The artist has become a staple of the UK edition since it launched in January 2020, taking her talents to a panel that features Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan.
But fans will have to go through withdrawal symptoms, as when the first few episodes of the new series airs, Rita reportedly won’t be on it.

But while the UK will mourn her absence, US fans will be jumping for joy as she takes the hot seat for the eleventh series, replacing Nicole Scherzinger.
To fill the void, British Masked Singer fans will get to see several celebrities fill in for Rita while she’s away.
Speaking on the situation, Ora said: “I’m gutted to be missing some episodes on the new season, but keeping my seat warm are some great guest panellists who I’m told are also super competitive and will keep the others on their toes, especially Jonathan! Bring it on.”
A source added: “Rita is a massive part of The Masked Singer family alongside Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan and Davina McCall, and she will be missed.
“The show is a huge part of Rita’s life, but her hectic schedule means she is going to miss a couple of shows in the upcoming series.”
She continued: “‘Filming on the new instalment begins in the coming weeks, and Rita is going to be there when she can.
“The show’s bosses are lining up some stellar celebrity guests to hold the fort while Rita is off, and they can’t wait to surprise fans with who they have booked.”
Ora will be swapping her fellow panellists for Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg and Robin Thicke.
Meanwhile, Scherzinger will be starring as Norma Desmond in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Sunset Boulevard in London’s West End.
The news comes amidst a fantastic run for Ora, who’s recently signed a deal with Primark as part of a multi-season collaboration.
She said: “‘For as long as I can remember, Primark has been part of my DNA. I’ve shopped at their stores, along with my friends and family, since I was a teenager.
“Throughout my life, I have always wanted to look stylish, and when I was younger, I couldn’t have done that without Primark.
“I could always stretch my budget with so many great pieces from Primark. Honestly, that is really when I learned how to get creative and play with fashion.
“Creating this collection with Primark has been very nostalgic for me, and I can’t wait for the world to see it!”
