Russell Brand repeatedly made sexual comments aimed at one of the female newsreaders at the BBC.
The comedian, 48, has been accused of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse following a joint investigation by by The Sunday Times, The Times and Channel 4’s Dispatches.
The Times claimed as part of the investigation that they “watched and listened to hundreds of hours of his shows on the BBC, Channel 4 and YouTube to corroborate allegations”.

The alleged incidents – which Brand strongly denies – are believed to have taken place between 2006 and 2013, during which he was a presenter on BBC Radio 2 and Channel 4.
His radio show, The Russell Brand Show, was originally broadcast in 2006 on BBC Radio 6 Music before being moved to BBC Radio 2.
Soon after joining the station, he made a number of sexual comments towards a female newsreader, many of which came live on air.
Brand could be heard saying: “She’s erotic that newsreader. Blimey what a sex bomb that woman is. I’m going to go in that newsroom one of these days and while she’s reading…”
He added: “Do you know one of my fantasies?,” before his co-star attempted to stop him from saying it live on their show.
Brand continued: “Cos we’re going to get under that desk and we’re gonna unleash hell on your thighs woman.”
The newsreader told senior colleagues that she was unhappy about the comments, however, claimed his behaviour didn’t stop.
Brand said on another show: “The producer just told me that we’ve upset her. They’ve pointed out in the production side of our show. They go, ‘she ain’t got the right to reply’.
“We say all these things about her like, ‘Oh yeah it’s – she’s doing the news. Imagine her just in her knickers.”

Brand released a video statement on Friday (September 16) denying all of the allegations against him, saying his relationships were “absolutely, always consensual”.
He said: “Amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.
“These allegations pertain to the time when I was working in the mainstream, when I was in the newspapers all the time, when I was in the movies, and as I’ve written about extensively in my books I was very, very promiscuous.
“Now during that time of promiscuity the relationships I had were absolutely, always consensual.”
