Strictly’s Bobby Brazier ‘won’t win’ as viewers spot ‘obvious’ giveaway during live show

Strictly Come Dancing fans are certain Bobby Brazier won’t be crowned champ – despite him being a favourite with the bookies.

The EastEnders star, 20, made his live dancing debut on Saturday night (September 23) with pro partner Dianne Buswell. The pair finished the night fourth on the leaderboard after they received 29 points for their Foxtrot.

But it seems that once every celeb got up and performed, viewers have changed their tune on who they think will win. And of course, take home the iconic Glitterball trophy.

Following each of the star’s performance on Strictly, fans headed over to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts. And despite Bobby being an initial favourite with viewers, and the bookies, another celebrity has seemed to win them over.

Fans now reckon EastEnders and Casualty star Nigel Harman will be crowned the champ of the series. The 50-year-old took to the dance floor with partner Katya Jones the two topped the judges’ leaderboard for their Paso Doble.

“Nigel will win – obvious”,” said one fan on X. Another added: “Ooooh goosebumps Nigel/Colin and Katya Strictly would love her to win this year.”

A third chimed in and penned: “I don’t think Bobby has this anymore.” Someone else gushed “Nigel’s dance ability and talent is sensational. Katya, outstanding choreographer.”

Although the live show kicked off with a bang, BBC’S Strictly Come Dancing has faced a rather crushing blow as its plummeting viewing figures for the second year in a row, according to the overnight ratings.
