Dan Walker has shared his advice to the latest batch of Strictly Come Dancing contestants.

The TV presenter, 46, appeared on the glitzy BBC One show in 2021. Partnered with Nadiya Bychkova, Dan made it to week 11 and came in fifth place, before getting booted off.

But prior to the celebs making their live dancing debut, former star Dan issued a warning to the new line-up. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday (September 23) Dan penned: “All the best to every couple hitting the Strictly dance floor tonight.”

The Channel 5 News presenter added: “Week 1 is always a bit of a nervy one. I always tried to trust my partner and ignore 87% of what Craig said. He’s much nicer off camera – listen to that stuff.”
