Married at First Sight UK groom Georges has branded some of his co-stars “bitter” and “calculated” as four new couples join the E4 social experiment.
It was revealed earlier this week that eight sexy singletons are set to shake-up the reality show as they make their debut in upcoming scenes. Like the other newlyweds, they will tie the knot with their partner after meeting them for the first time at the alter.
Fans have already watched eight weddings this series but the “intruder” couples are now set to say “I do” to a stranger in front of their friends and family.

Sports rehabilitator Georges married technology risk partner Peggy last week and he’s told Daily Star exactly what fans can expect from the newcomers as they attempt to make a lasting impression after joining the series late.
He told Daily Star: “Some are clearly very genuine, others are clearly actors. I’m not going to name names but one of the individual said to me ‘If I argue with everyone it’s going to amplify my screen time’. So I was like ‘that’s not a very healthy way of looking at it, it’s not about screen time, your here to meet someone and work on your connection’ but I felt quite a lot people were calculated.”
Since MAFS UK returned last week, major storylines from show have leaked including a steamy affair, a shock exit and reported punch-up between two grooms. Georges said that its the “bitter” cast members who are trying to ruin the show for viewers watching at home.
He said: “I think the biggest problem you’ve got is some people are bitter at how it turns out for them so what they do is ‘f**k I don’t care’ but for the people who have leaked stuff remember you don’t know when it happens, you don’t know how it happens. There’s a lot of mind games.”

Georges says he’s so far received a “mixed reaction” from viewers as his relationship with his wife got off to a rocky start following a series of rows but insists him and Peggy are “really well matched”. He explained: “I wanted somebody ambitious, somebody driven, someone who’s ascetically pleasing. People forget that because when they meet me on the wedding day it’s boobs this and boobs that. It is very much people have forgotten Peggy is everything I asked for.I ‘d never dream in upsetting her or her family because I know how much they mean to her.”
Married at First Sight UK airs Monday to Thursday on E4 at 9pm
